To accept a tripartite division of Iraq into Shi&#8217;ite, Kurdish, and Sunni parts, however, brings too many risks, since it would intensify the civil war and lead to intervention by neighboring states. M\u00e5ske skulle man have sl\u00e5et ind p\u00e5 f\u00f8deralismens vej med det samme, i stedet for s\u00e5 krampagtigt at holde fast i dr\u00f8mmen om et samlet, demokratisk Irak, hvor alle kommer overens igennem samtale og f\u00e6lles forst\u00e5else. Det kommer ikke til at ske. S\u00e5 er det bedre at deles.<\/p>\n<p>Kun \u00e9t problem: Hvem skal kontrollere olien i syd og nord?
