A while back I wrote about the interesting aid-site aid4education.org, which I helped set up, where you can help African youths get an education, not by making broad donations but by helping specific individuals. This post is just to tell you that there actually right now is a lot of activity on the student blog. Unfortunately comments are off right now (due to spamming), but it’s still worth a read. To me, this is the future of development aid and perhaps the only sort that really seems worthwhile. Of course for a country like Ghana to really get going it should adpot a whole range of other policies. But this is quite beyond the energitic Umar and Muniru’s spehere of influence 😉
